Juventus forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has been named the most generously compensated footballer on earth, in the yearly Forbes list distributed on Friday.



Ronaldo is just second on the rundown of the best-paid competitors for 2020 behind tennis hotshot, Roger Federer.

Federer earned $106.3m (£86.3m) over the most recent a year including $100m (£81.2m) in supports.
